Overview: Held in downtown San Francisco, arrive on the red carpet in your hottest attire for an exciting evening of exceptional wine and food by well known San Francisco caterers, with DJs, and a stellar silent and live auction led by professional auctioneer Alissa Ford. When: Thursday, October 1, 2009 from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Where: Allsteel Design Center in downtown San Francisco

Attire: Wear your hottest outfit for a bold night to support the organization that is leading the revolution against domestic violence.

Purpose: All proceeds of the event support San Francisco's oldest domestic violence shelter and loudest domestic violence advocate – La Casa de las Madres. La Casa provides expert intervention and prevention services to more than 19,000 community members each year, offering emergency residential shelter and community-based services to women, teens and their children while providing advocacy, counseling, family-based services and referrals. La Casa's Mission Street office houses two 24 hour crisis phone lines, Drop-In Counseling Center, Teen Program, and Community Education and Outreach Program, while off-site La Casa runs the Emergency Shelter, Domestic Violence Response Team, Safe Havens Project, Mary Elizabeth Inn Case Management Program, and Safe Housing Project. All of La Casa?s services are multilingual, free of charge and confidential.

Audience: The event draws more than 400 people from around San Francisco with a mix of young working professionals, members of the media and long-time La Casa supporters.

Price: $50.00: Individual Advance Purchase/$60 at the door – Join us and sponsor immediate, live response to 20 hotline calls, including crisis counseling, safe house access, information and referrals 24/7/365.

$200.00: Group (5 Tickets) – Entry for 5 will sponsor a weekend safe house stay – complete with safety, compassion and support – for a victim of domestic violence fleeing her abuser.
